About Customs Duty

Most of our products are stocked in US warehouses and European warehouses. In this case, most of the customer's orders will be shipped from the corresponding warehouses, so customers from EU member states and the US do not need to pay any customs duty. Orders from other countries will be shipped from the Shenzhen Warehouse in China, and most of the orders will incur customs duty, which is borne by the customers themselves.

However, if the products are out of stock in the US or EU countries' warehouses, we will also ship them from Shenzhen, China. In this case, customers from EU member countries need to bear the customs duty by themselves.

Works great, it does take a bit of a learning to use it compared to a 5w diode laser, but once it's dialed in it's awesome.

Great results but...

Great results if you can get the red fuzzy, sort of triangle looking pointer lined up. Somewhat offset from actual laser. You CANNOT home your machine after install. It will wreck it real quick into side then scrape it all the way till it hits the front rail going for the 0,0 mark. This unit is huge and no thought was given to make it line up like your cutting laser head. Since they do not tell you where to mount the extra control interface board, I velcroed mine to the left side of the R30 itself with power facing up. You cannot just go back to your other laser head unless you completely disassemble what it took to install the infrared unit (it's not a fiber anything). Didn't want to leave the board zip tied to the X motor bracket when I change heads like I've seen other folks do. Not even a hint where to mount it from Atomstack . The brackets look close, but not interchangeable. Since you can't home unit, doing multiple, repetitive projects takes some tricks. Have to set a random origin somewhere other then home 0,0 and use absolute coordinates and hope it lines up again. I installed long homing switch activaters to save me the hassle of having to disable homing each time I use the R30. Now my home is 20 mm out from factory, but no crashing into rails if I accidentally hit home button or forget to turn off homing after using cutting laser. But great results on stainless and brass. The recommended settings leave you with a real light finish. I slowed it down to a 1/3 of the settings and looks great.
