Simply log into your account and check your current points balance. On the Rewards page, select the item or offer you wish to redeem and use your points to redeem it. Some items or offers may require an additional fee.

• Redemption of some products is limited to certain regions (e.g. EU or US).

• Each customer is limited to one redemption per product.

• Redeeming an item is subject to points requirements, please refer to each item's details for specific redemption rules.

Each product can only be redeemed once per customer. However, you can choose a number of different products to redeem, as long as you have enough points.

The redeemed items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there are special circumstances, you can contact customer service to deal with them.

There are no additional fees for the redeemed items themselves, except for some of the freebies, which require shipping fees. For example, when redeeming the AP2 air purifier filter, you will only pay $20 shipping fee. When redeeming a $50 off coupon, there are no fees.

When you place an order using a redeemed product voucher, you may notice that the total amount is not zero. For example, when redeeming the AP2 air purifier filter, after applying the product voucher, the total will be $20. This $20 is the shipping fee. You only need to complete the checkout as usual.
